For every 20,000 spirit tokens you hold, 1% of all Wild Lips NFT royalties will be gifted out to that NFT holder in ETH each year during our gifting season (Starting on Dec 31st each year).
Only 1,000,000 will be available on OpenSea for purchase. These tokens help fund the project, so you will be treated as such type of individual, and you will need to fill out proper paperwork to earn this gift each year. Refusal to provide proper paperwork for such gift will allow us to remove such gifts from being given to such holders. We love you, but we want to stay alive for you and the community. This is a free listing for all who are experts to be hired by all. Please be kind.

Wild Lips Helpers
Spirit Token as Gifts to Helpers.
It all begins with a great person who deserves such a gift for their hard work and effort in this amazing start up community. We decided to make sure the helpers of Wild Lips is in on the success of the company by earning a percentage of royalties as a gift for their hard work. Helpers will be gifted an allotment of tokens based on their role and time spent with the community.
Helper Gift Rules.
Helpers who receive Spirit tokens as gifts will not be able to sell or use those exact tokens until we have sold at least 60% of the Spirit Tokens in OpenSea. Wild Lips will not buy back Spirit Tokens from Gurus that were given Spirit Tokens from Helpers of Wild Lips until the OpeanSea 60% sales threshold has been met. If your a Helper and a Guru, you can always cash in your Spirit Tokens per the Guru Policy, but only the Spirit Tokens recieved for 1:1 or group sessions. We need enough liquidity to pay you back for your time, so for all help, it will be tracked, and saved for so we will be able to afford the situation should you decide to use the spirit token at that point for services from other experts on the platform instead of cashing them in or trading them to others.
